Who do I contact if I have a general question about the Estate?

Please contact the Estate Office (details below) during opening hours, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Is the Estate open to the public? / Can I walk or drive around the estate?

The Estate is private and is not open to the general public. You cannot walk, cycle or drive around the Estate without permission and 24 hour access control is in operation to protect the privacy of our residents.

I would like to buy a house on St George’s Hill. Who can I talk to?

The Residents’ Association is unable to recommend specific Estate Agents. Our residents have sold houses using local agents based in Weybridge and also through international realtors.

Many properties never appear on the open market. You may wish to engage a property search consultant.

I would like to advertise my services to residents. How do I do this?

The Residents’ Association does not allow leafleting (other than by political parties) on the Estate and will not advertise goods or services to its residents.
